About us

Instinctiv is a boutique executive search firm that works with local and global businesses who would like to increase diversity of thought in their leadership teams.

We do this by using many years of experience and by being a specialist, flexible and trusted executive search partner; securing transformational and diverse leaders who can drive growth.

Instinctiv was founded by Melanie Clark who is passionate about increasing diversity of thought in future boardrooms. She and her team do this by spending time with clients and key stakeholders – to really listen and understand the vision, challenges and culture. We then work together to solve problems and find solutions.

Our bespoke executive search process ensures there is a balanced search and shortlist, using extensive mapping, market intelligence, referral partners and referencing. We also work with leadership, advisory, organisational design consultants, and coaches if a client may benefit from these services… prior to, or instead of, embarking on an executive search.
